Preparing for your hot tub delivery
In order to deliver your hot tub and install it in your chosen location, we will require access via a path that is a minimum of 950mm wide and without any steps.
If access is not available, then you will need to make alternative arrangements, such as engaging with a crane company to lift and lower your spa into position on the day of delivery.
Once installed, a member of our team will give you a demonstration on how to use and care for your hot tub, so you can buy from us with confidence.
