Choosing A Hot Tub

Booking The Hot Tub
Choose your hire date and either complete our booking page, send us an email or give us a call. Once payment is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.
We will contact you 2-4 days before your hire date to confirm the details and arrange a suitable 2-hour delivery slot

Drop Off & Set Up
When we arrive at your delivery location, we will set up your hot tub, including filling it with water. Once setup is completed, we will demonstrate how to use and maintain your hot tub throughout the hire period.
Your hot tub will be ready to use once it has reached its optimum temperature.

Collection Of Hot Tub
At the end of your hire period, we will arrive to empty and collect the hot tub at the agreed time and date. We will empty the tub into a nearby drain, clean it, and get on our way.

Frequently Asked Questions
When we drop off the hot tub and your chosen location we will provide you with the chemicals you will need to keep the water clean. We will also give you a guide on how to use the chemicals safely and effectively.
The set up really depends on which hot tub you have chosen, but usually the initial set up take around 30 – 45 minutes, however filling the hot tub can take up to 2.5 hours, depending on water preasure.
We can’t promise that you will be able to keep the hot tub for longer than initially agreed, however if the hot tub isn’t due to be hired out again in the next week, we might be able to extend your hire at an additional cost.
