Yes, they can, but an adult must supervise them at all times. Our team at Tub & Spa recommends a bathing temperature of 37-38°C for children, with a break every 15 minutes.

When we arrive to collect the tub, we will pump the water into a mains drain within 25m of the tub. If a drain is unavailable, we will have to empty the water onto your lawn/decking/garden. However, in these circumstances, we will always use a chlorine reduction to minimise risk and ensure the water is safe.

Yes, you will need to check the chemicals in the water using the simple-to-use test strips we provide. We recommend testing the water at least twice daily and adjusting the chemicals if needed (we supply these). We will show you how to do this when we deliver the hot tub.

Yes – it is very easy to use a hot tub. Our experienced, trained delivery team will demonstrate how to use the hot tub and answer any questions you may have. We are always on hand to help during your hire period.

Yes, one of our team will contact you 2-4 days before your hire date to arrange a convenient 2-hour time slot for delivery to your location.

Our hot tubs are flushed, thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before they go out on hire and when they return.

Yes, you will need to provide a water supply, either a garden or kitchen tap, within 25 m of the hot tub.

It can take up to 18 hours for the water in the hot tub to reach maximum temperature.

No. If you turn it off at night, the water will go cold, and you will need to heat it to its maximum temperature again before you can use it. In addition, you may find that letting the water go cold makes the water unsafe.

Yes, someone over 18 will need to be there to receive the tub and instructions.

No, these are not required.

All our hot tubs and spa hires can reach a maximum temperature of 40°C, but we recommend a temperature of 38°C.

In most cases, yes, you can extend your hire period. Just contact us before your current period ends to discuss the details.

Yes, we will supply all the chemicals you will need for the hire period, as well as demonstrations and instructions.

Yes, of course. We will provide you with a dedicated customer care number for any queries you may have.

Yes, you can but make sure it is in a plastic product, as glass items are not allowed in the tub.
