How We Work
When hiring a hot tub with ourselves here at Tub and Spa, you don’t have to worry about setting your hot tub up. That’s because we will do all the heavy lifting for you (quite literally).
And we will also do the installation too. All we need you to do is show us where you have a tap and a 13amp socket. The idea is that this should be within 25 metres of where you intend your hot tub to sit.
While the hot tub is filling up (it takes around two and a half hours), one of our staff will show you how to operate and look after the tub.
Collection & Long Term Hire
It is worth noting, in order to avoid disappointment, that you won’t be able to use the hot tub on the day it is delivered. But you will be able to jump in and make a splash the following morning – and stay there all day if you like.
On the day your hot tub is to be collected, we will empty the tub ourselves and, where possible, pour the water down into a mains drain. In the absence of a drain, we can always pour the water onto the grass. This whole collection process should take no longer than half an hour.
We welcome hires from holiday let owners. In fact, we offer a customised leasing service where you can hire a hot tub for as short or long as you would like, depending on your letting season. We are very flexible with such hires and offer a hot tub upgrade on long-term hire contracts every two years. We also offer special maintenance packages for long-term hot tub lets.
