Hydrotherapy provides a health boost in so many ways. For instance, it can help burn calories. A 2016 US study found that a warm hot bath burned the same number of calories as a half-hour walk. Now there’s a great reason in itself to pop into the warm and soothing waters of your rented hot tub.
Another advantage is, of course, stress relief. The bubbles, with their jet massage action, can help wash away all the tension that has built up over the day.
Tubs with LED lighting can also boost that muscle relaxing effect. You’ll sleep better after a hot tub session, and studies have shown that a long soak in a warm enough hot tub can help raise the heart rate; as a result, it can then help to lower blood pressure.
Set Up - What's Involved
It can take up to two and a half hours to set up your newly-delivered hot tub. Note that the lower your water pressure, the longer it will take to fill to a sufficient level. Our staff will help you set it up and explain how it works in detail.
For instance, it’s important to ensure that the water contains the correct chemical balance for optimum use. All of these chemicals you will receive on delivery of your hot tub.
We’ll also collect the tub from you – all you have to do is drain the water before they arrive.
