Choosing Your Location
It is important that you check the dimensions of your chosen hot tub carefully to ensure that you have the space to accommodate it. All the spa’s equipment is situated behind the detachable, front panel, so the front of the spa should be fully accessible to enable maintenance work to be carried out, as and when required.
You will need to find a location that is flat, level and clear of debris, such as gravel. The surface must be able to withstand the weight of a full spa. Your hot tub will require a supply of electricity and this work must be undertaken by a qualified electrician prior to the installation.
Preparing For Delivery
In order to deliver your hot tub and install it in your chosen location, we will require access via a path that is a minimum of 950mm wide and without any steps.
If access is not available, then you will need to make alternative arrangements, such as engaging with a crane company to lift and lower your spa into position on the day of delivery.
